摘要
目的构建实习护生岗位核心胜任力评价指标体系,为客观评价实习护生核心胜任力提供参考依据。方法采用文献研究、访谈法、专家咨询初步拟定实习护生岗位核心胜任力评价指标体系,通过2轮德尔菲(Delphi)法专家函询筛选指标,获得权重。结果构建的实习护生岗位核心胜任力评价指标体系包括5个一级指标、12个二级指标和34个三级指标。2轮专家积极系数分别为100%、94.74%,专家权威程度系数分别为0.875、0.88;经过2轮专家咨询,一~三级指标Kendall-W协调系数分别为0.15、0.235、0.166,各指标变异系数均小于0.25,专家积极性、权威性和一致性较高。结论本研究构建的实习护生岗位核心胜任力各指标权重合理,具有科学性,可为临床实习护生培养和管理提供量化依据。
        Objective The aim of this study was to construct an evaluation index system of post competency for nursing student, and to provide reference for objective evaluation. Methods The framework of the evaluation index system of post competency for nursing student was developed through literature analysis on the results of interviews and competency theory method. Indexes and corresponding weights were determined by two rounds of Delphi method. Results The competency index system comprised of 5 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators. In the two rounds,positive coefficient of experts was 100% and 94.74%, and the expert authority coefficient was 0.875 and 0.88. After two rounds of expert consultation, the kendall-w, s coefficient of concordance were 0.15, 0.235 and 0.166, respectively, and all the coefficients of variation were less than 0.25. The experts' positivity, authority and consistency were high. Conclusion All indexes of the core competence of nursing students constructed by the study were reasonable and scientific, which could provide quantifiable basis for the cultivation and management of clinical nursing students.
