龙胆泻肝汤配合针灸治疗肝胆火盛型细菌性角膜炎临床研究

摘要
目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤配合针灸治疗肝胆火盛型细菌性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例肝胆火盛型细菌性角膜炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予龙胆泻肝汤口服及穴位针刺治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗后体征评分。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组各项体征评分明显低于对照组,且细菌培养转阴率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤配合针灸治疗肝胆火盛型细菌性角膜炎可临床疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction in combination with acupuncture therapy on bacterial keratitis. Methods: Sixty patients with bacterial keratitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction for oral administration in combination with acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups' clinical curative effects and signs after the treatment were observed. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 33%,while that of the control group was 80. 00%,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After the treatment,all the sign scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and its bacterial culture negative-transforming rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,all the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction in combination with acupuncture therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on bacterial keratitis.
