摘要

目前大多数大型房地产企业引入独立"第三方"检查评估制度,目的在于提升工程品质、降低工程风险,促进工程管理水平的全面提升。由于房地产公司第三方检查项目基本相同,这样既可以横向比较本企业内部项目优劣,对所有项目进行公平考核,又可以纵向对于企业在行业中所处的位置,便于自身调整、改进。作为施工单位,就必须提高"第三方"检查成绩,以提升在地产领域的竞争性。
