护理干预预防糖尿病肾病血液透析中发生低血压的效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨在预防糖尿病肾病血液透析中发生低血压时采用护理干预的效果和可行性。方法:选取2013年6月-2018年6月在本院接受透析治疗的糖尿病肾病患者56例作为研究对象,将采用常规护理的患者作为对照组(28例),将应用护理干预的患者作为观察组(28例),观察比较两组低血压改善情况、血液透析不良反应发生率和患者满意度情况。结果:观察组护理后低血压改善程度明显高于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率(3.57%)明显低于对照组(28.57%),观察组满意度(100%)明显高于对照组(64.57%)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾病患者透析后应用护理干预能明显改善低血压现象,减少不良反应,患者满意度较高。
Objective:To study the effect and feasibility of nursing intervention in preventing hypotension during hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 56 patients with diabetic nephropathy who received hemodialysis in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.28 patients who received routine nursing were taken as the control group and 28 patients who received nursing intervention were taken as the observation group.The improvement of hypotension after nursing,incidence of hemodialysis adverse reactions and patients' satisfaction of two groups were observed.Result:The improvement of hypotension in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(3.57%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.57%),the satisfaction in the observation group(100%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.57%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention after hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve the occurrence of hypotension and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the satisfaction of patients is higher.
