摘要
螺帽是飞机襟翼收放机构中滚珠丝杠副装置的螺母元件,其上铣出螺旋槽。文中根据仿型原理设计了一款便捷的回珠槽仿型铣具,阐述了其工作原理,并借助CATIA软件对其虚拟样机进行了运动仿真验证。与挂轮加工相比,仿形铣具操作简单,加工的工件螺旋槽尺寸形位公差更好。
The nut is a component of the ball screw pair device in the aircraft wing flap retracting mechanism. The spiral groove is milled on it. According to the principle of profiling processing, a convenient copy milling machine for ball return channel is designed in this paper. Its working principle is expounded, and its virtual prototype is verified by CATIA software. Compared with the hanging wheel processing, the copy milling machine has a simple operation,and the processed workpiece has a better tolerance of the spiral groove dimension and shape.
