摘要
基于仿真技术,建立了某型飞机襟翼收放系统机电液耦合动力学模型。研究了故障仿真中故障的模型化方法,建立了襟翼收放系统故障仿真模型。将其作为故障仿真平台,仿真分析了襟翼收放系统正常及齿轮磨损故障状态下的动力学响应,通过故障分析得出了齿轮传动磨损状态下的故障特征。
        Based on simulation technology, the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic dynamic simulation model of a certain type of aircraft flap retraction system was built. The fault simulation modeling method of failure was studied, and the flap retraction system fault simulation model was established. Dynamic responses of the flaps retraction system at normal and gear wear state were obtained, and the fault feature of gear worn was found out by fault analysis.
