西北民族地区教育布局调整的困境与突围

摘要
农村中小学布局调整不仅是实现农村教育科学布局和教育资源合理配置的主要手段,且对民族地区农村社会发展影响巨大,通过追溯民族地区农村学校布局调整初始利益相关者的各类反应,进而聚焦家庭这一社会微观环境,教育布局调整不仅会给各类直接利益相关者的生活带来了巨大影响,且使民族地区教育发展困惑重重。在国家乡村振兴战略的宏观政策牵引下,提升西北民族地区教育布局的民族化、科学化、民主化和道义化将显得尤为迫切与重要。
Layout adjustment of rural elementary and middle schools is not only realize the education of scientific layout and the principal means of rational allocation of education resources,and rural social development in ethnic areas has had a huge impact,through tracing the school layout adjustment in the countryside and the initial stakeholders of all kinds of reaction,and then focus on the family microcosmic environment,the social education layout adjustment not only directly to all kinds of stakeholders of life has brought the huge impact and confuse with education development in national regions.Under the guidance of the macro policy of national rural revitalization strategy,it will be particularly urgent and important to promote the nationalization,scientization,democratization and moralization of education layout in northwest ethnic areas.
