摘要
利用先进矿物解离分析仪(MLA)及电子探针等重要的辅助手段,对西藏甲玛矽卡岩型铜钼矿石进行详细的工艺矿物学考查,查清了矿石性质、目的矿物种类、嵌存粒度、物质组成、嵌存关系等特征,并进行了选矿试验验证,确定混合浮选—铜钼混合精矿再分离工艺流程适宜处理该矿石,取得了良好的试验指标。同时通过MLA对浮选闭路尾矿进行考查发现,目的矿物的流失均在合理范围之内。
Detailed study on process mineralogy of a skarn type copper-molybdenum ore from Jiama,Tibet is carried out with advanced MLA and electric probe as important assistant means,to find out the ore property,target mineral species,embedding grain size,composition and embedding relations,which are verified by ore-dressing experiments. The bulk flotation-copper molybdenum mixed concentrate re-separation process flowsheet is determined to be suitable to treat the ores and good test index is obtained. Investigation on the tailings from closed flotation circuit by MLA shows that the target mineral loss is within acceptable range.
