基于文脉视角的历史街区城市设计策略思考

摘要
近年来城市强调有机更新、存量开发,当前城市建设"千城一面"现象比较严重,如何在全球化、城市化浪潮中维护文脉根基促成城市特色化生长成了我们思考的问题,基于文脉视角的历史街区城市设计主要从街区文脉延续、特色品牌营造、建设要素控制等方面入手,综合协调历史街区社会、经济、文化效益。
In recent years, cities have emphasized organic renewal and stock development. At present, the phenomenon of "one side of a thousand cities" in urban construction is quite serious. How to maintain the cultural foundation in the wave of globalization and urbanization and promote the city's characteristic growth has become our thinking problem. The urban design of historical blocks based on the cultural context perspective mainly focuses on the cultural context of the blocks.
