摘要
针对交通规划、设计、建设、运营与管理中存在系统整合不足的问题,提出系统整合、要素控制的精细化理念。采用系统工程学方法,提倡主动性交通规划。提出基于交通组织约束的路网规划方法,建立交通模块设计的标准化和科学化设计体系,提出道路横断面、单条道路设计及交叉口设计等交通模块的系统规划与设计方法。实践表明,通过交通要素的系统整合与控制,能有效地解决交通规划与设计中存在系统协调的不足,提高交通规划的科学性和可实施性。
        Considering the problem of insufficient system integration in transportation planning, design,construction, operation and management, this paper proposes the refinement concept with system integration and factor control to better guide traffic design. Using the methods of system engineering and active traffic planning, the paper develops a road network planning framework considering traffic organization constraints, and then establishes a standardized and scientific design system for traffic module design. The design components include cross-section design, single road design and intersection design. The practice results suggest that the proposed framework is able to solve through the deficiency of systematic coordination in traffic planning and design and practicability and effect can also be improved.
