摘要
在露地生产条件下,研究了自制大量元素水溶肥料对生菜产量、品质和抗逆能力的影响。试验结果表明,与市售大量元素水溶肥料(WSF-Ⅱ)处理相比,自制大量元素水溶肥料(WSF-Ⅰ)处理能够显著提高生菜产量和品质,产量提高5.17%,VC含量提高8.0%、可溶性糖含量提高12.2%,硝酸盐含量降低3.8%。试验结果还表明,WSF-Ⅰ能够显著提高生菜的多酚氧化酶活性并降低其丙二醛含量,从而提高生菜的抗逆能力。
An open field experiment was conducted to study the effects of self-made macroelement water soluble fertilizer( WSF-I) on yield,quality and disease resistant ability of lettuce. The results showed that compared with the saled macroelement water soluble fertilizer( WSF-Ⅱ),WSF-I could significantly increase the yield and quality of lettuce,which increased the yield by 5. 17%,the content of vitamin C by8. 0% and the reductive sugar by 12. 2%,and decreased the content of nitrate by 3. 8%. WSF-I also significantly increased the activity of polyphenol oxidase but decreased the content of malondialdehyde,so it could enhance the anti-adversity ability of lettuce.
