摘要
研究了云南地区6个企业的黄磷炉渣的性能,黄磷炉渣的主要成分为二氧化硅和氧化钙。自然冷却渣的表面较为粗糙,而水淬渣的表面光滑。从粒径可以看出,自然冷却渣的粒径比水淬渣的粒径略小。自然冷却渣主要是由定性的结晶相组成;而水淬渣主要以非晶态为主。不同黄磷炉渣对合成的聚硅酸盐絮凝剂絮凝性能的影响研究表明,水淬渣比自然冷却渣制备的聚硅酸盐絮凝剂效果好。其中一种黄磷炉渣——五钠厂黄磷炉渣粒度对絮凝效果的影响结果表明:当黄磷炉渣的粒径过180~200目(74~80μm),制备的聚硅酸盐絮凝剂效果最好。
        This paper mainly studied the performance of yellow phosphorus slag of six enterprises in Yunnan. The main components of yellow phosphorus slag are silica and calcium oxide. The surface of the natural cooling slag is rough, and the surface of the water-hardened slag is smooth. As can be seen from the particle size, the particle size of the natural cooling slag is slightly smaller than the particle size of the water slag. Natural cooling slag is mainly composed of qualitative crystalline phase; while water quenching slag is mainly amorphous. The effect of different yellow phosphorus furnace slag on the flocculation performance of the synthesized polysilicate flocculant shows that the water quenching slag has better effect than the polysilicate flocculant prepared by natural cooling slag. The effect of particle size on the flocculation effect of one of the yellow phosphorus furnace slag-five sodium plant slag showed that the polysilicate flocculant prepared by the particle size of yellow phosphorus furnace slag over 180-200 mesh(74-80 μm) had the best effect.
