女性生育力保存和保护的热点问题

摘要
<正>生育力保存(fertility preservation)是指保存卵子或生殖组织的方法和手段,适用于有不孕不育风险的人群和治疗某些疾病可能会影响生育功能的患者;而生育力保护是指使用手术、药物或者辅助生殖技术等,对存在不孕或不育风险的成人、青少年或儿童提供帮助,保护生殖功能,以产生遗传学后代的能力。随着医学领域的不断进步,许多威胁女童或年轻女性生命的生殖系统疾病多数可以治愈,但也常常因患某些疾病、损伤或者意外事件而影响
