摘要
有质量的教育公平是时代的新诉求。为了帮助更多寒门子弟获得接受教育的机会,完善学生资助政策,不断加大对困难学生的资助力度成为近年来教育公平与质量的持续价值追求。然而通过调查发现,当前施行的国家学生资助政策体系还存在部分不尽合理的现象,主要表现在学生资助政策体系的了解程度有待进一步加强;资助政策落实力度不够;资助结构还需进一步优化;资助政策对学生能力提升方面的效力不足;贫困认定机制还需完善以及学生的"扶志"作用还有待提高;等等。落实精准扶贫,需要教育精准发力,只有完善国家学生资助政策体系,才能更好地实现教化与育人的双重目的,推动我国教育更加科学、现代与生态发展。
The education equity with high quality is the new demand of the times. In order to help more poor children get the opportunity to receive education, it is the continuous valuable pursuit of education equity and education quality in recent years to perfect the student financial aid policy and continuously increase funding for the needy students. However, through the survey we have found that there are still some unreasonable phenomena in the current national student financial aid policy system that is being implemented. It mainly shows that students' understanding of financial aid policy system needs to be further strengthened, that the student financial aid policies have not been implemented completely, that the structure of the students who receive funding aid needs to be further optimized, that the mechanism of poverty identification needs to be improved and the effect on the students' "Fu Zhi" remains to be improved. To take targeted measures in poverty alleviation, education must be implemented accurately. The aid system must be perfected to better realize the dual purposes of being civilized and being educated and to promote China's education with more scientific, modern and ecological development.
