摘要
以水为分散剂,将可聚合乳化剂SE-10和苯乙烯成功接枝共聚反应,制备了功能化聚苯乙烯纳米球,利用红外光谱、扫描电镜和透射电镜对其微观结构进行了表征.通过改变可聚合乳化剂SE-10的用量和反应温度等,制备了一系列形貌规整形态规则的聚苯乙烯纳米球,探讨了pH值、吸附温度、纳米球用量、吸附时间对Cd~(2+)吸附的影响.结果表明:功能聚苯乙烯纳米球对低浓度Cd~(2+)具良好吸附效果.对于初始浓度为500μg/L的Cd~(2+)溶液,吸附后Cd~(2+)溶液浓度可降到2μg/L.
        With water as dispersant,polymerizable emulsifier SE-10 successfully co-polymerized with styrene to form surface-functionalized polystyrene nanospheres. The micro-structures were characterized by FT-IR,TEM and SEM. A series of polystyrene nanospheres with regular shape were obtained by varying the amount of emulsifier and the reaction temperature. The effects of pH value,adsorption temperature,dosage of nanospheres and adsorption time on the adsorption of Cd~(2+)were also investigated. The results indicated that the functionalized polystyrene nanospheres showed good adsorption efficiency for low concentrations of Cd~(2+). The concentration of a Cd~(2+)solution with an initial concentration of 500 μg/L was reduced to 2 μg/L after the treatment.
