摘要
针对美国伊利诺伊州在幼儿教师职业准备方面缺乏一个明确的、有凝聚力的、一致的幼儿教师职业准备系统的问题,伊利诺伊州创建了早期教育工作者教育准备项目创新基金,发展创新幼儿教师职业准备模式。主要包括高校间衔接、评估及学生支持等方面的创新。伊利诺伊州协同创新的启示有:将幼儿教师资格认证与幼儿教师职前培养有效结合;建立一个连贯的幼儿教师资格认证序列;加强不同层次院校间的衔接工作;重点支持升学学生的学习与生活。
