低时延高清视频编解码技术研究

摘要
针对实时性要求较高的高清视频应用系统中标准视频编解码算法时延大的问题,在分析标准视频编解码算法的码流特性以及视频编解码系统的时延模型的基础上,开展了低时延高清视频编解码技术研究。基于标准视频编解码算法提出了无I帧全P帧的低时延编解码算法,并研究了与之相适应的码率控制算法。经试验验证,与标准视频编解码算法相比,采用新研究算法的高清视频编解码系统时延得到了大大降低,新研究算法可用于H.264/H.265等标准视频编解码算法中降低时延。
        Aiming at the higher time delay of standard video encoding and decoding algorithm in high-definition video application system with higher real-time requirement, this paper studies the low time delay encoding and decoding technology of high-definition video based on the analysis of code flow characteristics of standard video encoding and decoding algorithm and the delay model of video encoding and decoding system. Based on the standard video encoding and decoding algorithm, the low time delay encoding and decoding algorithm without I frame but with full P frame is proposed, correspondingly, the rate control algorithm is studied. The experiment results show that compared with the standard video encoding and decoding algorithm, the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce the delay of high-definition video encoding and decoding system, and it can be used in standard video encoding and decoding algorithm such as H.264/H.265 to reduce the time delay.
