摘要
目的:观察视频通话教育在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者干粉吸入剂使用技术中的作用。方法:选取96例老年COPD患者作为观察对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组49例及对照组47例,其中对照组给予常规操作指导,观察组在对照组基础上给予为期1个月的视频通话教育,比较随访1、6个月时两组吸入装置操作技术完全正确的人数、吸入装置操作技术评分、肺功能改善情况及COPD急性加重的次数。结果:干预后1个月和6个月时,观察组吸入技术完全正确的例数均明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组吸入装置操作技术评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月时,两组FEV1占预计值%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的COPD急性加重的次数较对照组减少,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视频通话教育可以明显改善老年COPD患者的干粉吸入剂使用技术,吸入技术的改善可以使得COPD的病情得到更好的控制。
        Objective: To observe role of video call education in the use of dry powder inhalers in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods: 96 elderly patients with COPD were selected as observation subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group(n=49) and control group(n=47). The control group was given routine operation guidance, while the observation group was given the video call education foe one month on the basis of that of the control group. The two groups were followed up. The number of people with completely correct inhaler operation technique, the inhaler operation technique score, lung function improvement and the number of COPD acute exacerbation at 1 and 6 months follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results: 1 month and 6 months after the intervention, the number of the cases with completely correct inhaler operation technique in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The inhaler operation technique score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the 6-month follow-up, the difference in the FEV1% was statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the number of COPD acute exacerbation in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The video call education can significantly improve the use of dry powder inhalers in the elderly patients with COPD, and the improvements in the inhalation technique can lead to better control of COPD.
