<正>1 病例资料患者女,24岁,因"停经39周+1,发现羊水偏少2d"于2016年7月28日入住我院妇产科,既往有甲状腺机能减退症,外院查FT3 2.68pmol/L,FT4 10.75pmol/L,TSH 8.62mIU/L,服用优甲乐50mg qd;有原发性肾上腺皮质功能减退症(Addison病)病史3年,2015年12月22日于外院查ACTH 467.4pg/ml,予口服氢化可的松20mg qd治疗,2016年6月30日复查ACT
