摘要
目的探讨不同严重程度分级的成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)的危险因素。方法选取我院呼吸睡眠中心行多导睡眠监测(polysomnography,PSG)确诊的成人OSA患者103例,分析年龄、性别、BMI、颈长、颈围、颈围颈长比、胸围、腹围、腹围/体重等因素与OSA病情严重程度的关系。结果 BMI值、腹围、颈围和颈长是影响OSA患者严重程度的高危因素。结论 OSA患者的严重程度与BMI、颈围、颈长、腹围等危险因素有关,可根据危险因素,早期筛查及诊治。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between risk factors and apnea hypopnea indexes(AHI) in adults with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA). Methods A total of 103 adult OSA patients diagnosed by polysomnography(PSG) were included, and the associations of age, gender, BMI, neck length, neck circumference, neck circumference ratio, chest circumference, abdominal circumference, abdominal circumference/body weight and other factors with the severity of OSA were analyzed. Results BMI, abdominal circumference, neck circumference and neck length were main factors affecting the AHI level of OSA patients. Conclusion OSA patients with different severity have a relationship with risk factors such as BMI, neck circumference, neck length and abdominal circumference, and early screening and diagnosis can be made according to the risk factors.
