摘要
电子商务劳动力市场上存在众多企业招聘常态化和电商人才就业率低并存的现象,表明电子商务人才的供给数量和质量均无法满足社会的需求,存在供需数量的巨大缺口和供需结构的矛盾,出现上述矛盾的根源是当前高校电子商务人才培养的质量有待提高。以高等教育人才供给侧改革为视角,在结合现实情况明确新时代电子商务高质量人才应具备正确的社会主义价值观、社会责任感和家国情怀、创新创造能力、社会实践和自我发展能力、把握行业发展方向、服务地方和行业经济等核心素质和能力的基础上,从建立科学化的实践教学体系、课程思政改革、与时俱进的课程体系、多元化的协同育人机制、专业定位和人才培养方向以及优化教师队伍等六个方面给出了路径选择。
The phenomenon of normalization of Enterprise Recruitment and low employment rate of e-commerce talents coexists in the e-commerce labor market, which indicates that the quantity and quality of e-commerce talents cannot meet the needs of society. There is a huge gap between supply and demand and the contradiction between supply and demand structure. The root of the contradiction is that the quality of e-commerce personnel training in Colleges and universities needs to be improved. From the perspective of talent supply side reform in higher education, this paper clarifies that high-quality e-commerce talents in the new era should possess correct socialist values, social responsibility and national feelings, innovative and creative ability, social practice and self-development ability, grasp the direction of industry development, and serve local and industry. On the basis of core qualities and abilities, this paper gives the path choice from six aspects: establishing scientific practical teaching system, curriculum ideological and political reform, curriculum system keeping pace with the times, diversified cooperative education mechanism, professional orientation and personnel training direction, and optimizing the teaching staff.
