摘要
主要介绍了河钢唐钢回收和利用高炉冲渣水余热资源,在采暖季为唐山市区居民供暖项目的研究与应用。经过计算分析,运行模拟,设备选型等工作,将原本在冷却塔上散失的热量提取出来加热采暖水,较好的实现了利用高炉冲渣水中低品位余热能来为城市热网集中供热的目的,是一种高效、可靠的回收高温工业废水余热资源的解决方案
        This paper mainly introduces the recovery and utilization of blast furnace slag water waste heat resources in HBIS Group Tangsteel company,and the research and application of the heating project of Tangshan urban residents in the heating season. After calculation and analysis,operation simulation,equipment selection and other work,the heat lost in the cooling tower is extracted to heat the heating water,and the low-grade residual heat energy in the blast furnace slag water is better realized to provide central heating for the urban heat network. The purpose is to provide an efficient and reliable solution for recovering waste heat resources from high temperature industrial wastewater.
