摘要
"被动房"可以在没有传统制冷采暖设施情况下,兼顾能效性能和最佳舒适度的综合解决方案,为人们提供温暖舒适的室内环境,有效降低建筑运行成本。苏州同里湖嘉苑被动房改造认证项目采用性能化设计的方法,通过对建筑的保温、气密性、外门窗、新风系统及冷热桥节点的改造,最大限度降低建筑的供暖和制冷需求,实现了健康、节能的建筑空间。该项目获得德国能源署和住房和城乡建设部联合颁发的:"中德合作高能效建筑——被动式低能耗建筑示范项目"认证,是国内夏热冬冷地区被动式住宅的成功尝试。
        By using the comprehensive solution of both energy efficiency and optimal comfort, Passive Housing can provide people a warm and comfortable indoor environment without traditional heating and cooling facilities,thus could effectively reduce the cost of building operation. The performance-based design method is adopted in the Passive Housing renovation certification project of Tonglihu Jiayuan in Suzhou. Through the renovation of exterior insulation, air tightness, external doors and windows, fresh air system, as well as cold and hot bridge nodes, the building's heating and cooling demands are minimized, the healthy and energy-saving building space is realized.The project was certified by German Energy Agency and Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development as"Sino-German Cooperative High Energy Efficiency Building–Passive and Low Energy Building Demonstration Project", which is the first attempt of Passive Housing in hot summer and cold winter area in China. It is also the first renovation project certified by the German Energy Agency in China
