牙科氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨并且分析牙科氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复的治疗效果。方法抽取该院在2017年6月—2018年6月期间所接收的需要进行全瓷冠桥修复地牙科患者,共146例,平均且随机分为两组,即对照组和试验组,每组73例。对照组患者采取常规治疗,给试验组患者采取牙科氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复。观察并比较两组病人的治疗效果。结果试验组患者治疗的总有效率为90.41%,对照组总有效率为71.23%。差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.661,P=0.003<0.05)。试验组总不良反应有率为15.07%,对照组总不良反应率为32.88%。差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.351,P=0.012<0.05)。结论牙科氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复更加有效,机械强度高且美观,患者的生活质量得到明显提高,所以这种治疗方法值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the therapeutic effect of dental zirconia all-ceramic crown bridge repair. Methods A to-tal of 146 dental patients who underwent all-ceramic crown-bridge repair in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group. There were 73 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine treatment and the patients in the experimental group were treated with dental zirconia all-ceramic crown bridge. Observe and compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.41%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 71.23%. which was statistically significant( χ2=8.661, P=0.003<0.05). The total adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 15.07%, and the total adverse reaction rate of the control group was 32.88%. the difference was significant(χ2=6.351, P=0.012 <0.05). Conclusion Dental zirconia all-ceramic crown bridge repair is more effective, mechanical strength is high and beautiful, and the quality of life of patients is significantly improved,so this treatment method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
