摘要
棉尾兔乳头瘤病毒(CRPV)是由Shope RE.在1933发现的首个哺乳动物DNA肿瘤病毒.CRPV感染会引起棉尾兔头颈部腺瘤,使之成为欧美传说"勇士兔"的原型.本篇综述讨论了CRPV的蛋白质组学,以及相关蛋白在肿瘤发生中的作用.CRPV属于乳头瘤病毒家族,与人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)存在同源性.CRPV不具封套,由7868个碱基对形成环状双股脱氧核糖核酸,并由衣壳包裹.蛋白质组由非结构性早期调节蛋白和结构性后期蛋白组成,其中早期调节蛋白E7和E2在肿瘤形成和发展中起到关键作用.由于其与HPV的同源性,CRPV在研究乳头瘤病毒感染以及病毒相关的肿瘤学中有广泛应用.
        Cottontail Rabbit Papillomavirus(CRPV)is the first mammalian DNA tumor virus discovered in 1933 by Shope RE.CRPV-infection symptoms include head-neck carcinogenesis in sulvilagus,which became the prototype of the Jackalope fairy tale.In this paper,the proteome of CRPV and its roles in related tumorigenesis are discussed.CRPV belongs to the papillomaviridae family and has homology with Human Papillomavirus(HPV).It is non-enveloped and has a circular dsDNA of 7868 base pairs wrapped up by capsid.Its genome yields two classes of proteins,the non-structural regulatory early proteins and the structural late proteins,among which the E7 and E2 proteins are essential for papilloma development and tumorigenesis.CRPV infection is a widely used model to study the papillomavirus infection and virus-mediate carcinoma progress for its homology with HPV.
