变频调速技术在化纤行业中的应用

摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国居民的生活质量越来越高,间接地推动了我国化纤行业的发展进步。而变频调节技术由于其在节能、省力等方面相对于其他技术而言具有显著的优势,越来越多地被采用在粘胶化纤行业之中,在很大程度上优化了粘胶丝生产流程,提高了粘胶丝的生产率。因此,这将成为我国化纤行业未来的重要生产技术。论文就我国变频调速技术在化纤行业中的应用和技术特点做了简单分析,希望对推动我国化纤行业的发展有所帮助。
With the rapid development of economy in China, the quality of life of Chinese residents is getting higher and higher, which indirectly promotes the development and progress of chemical fiber industry in China. Frequency conversion regulation technology has significant advantages over other technologies in energy saving and labor saving, and is more and more used in viscose chemical fiber industry, which optimizes the production process of adhesive silk to a great extent and improves the productivity of viscose silk. Therefore, it will become an important production technology in the future of China's chemical fiber industry.This paper makes a simple analysis on the application and technical characteristics of frequency conversion speed regulation technology in chemical fiber industry, hoping to help to promote the development of China's chemical fiber industry.
