摘要
JIT采购供应商的选择对供应链的高效运作具有重要意义。运用解析结构模型对JIT采购供应商评价的影响因素进行系统分析,构建多级递阶有向图,并结合MICMAC法分析各影响因素的驱动性和依赖性。结果显示:JIT采购供应商评价的影响因素通过不同的路径对JIT采购产生影响。价格和财务稳定间接影响JIT采购,信息共享、长期合同、技术研发和社会责任4个要素宜视作整体进行评价;质量、准时交货和柔性是评价JIT采购供应商最直观的指标。
        Supplier Evaluation in JIT procurement is a significant part for supply chain operation.The method of interpretive structural model(ISM) is applied into its analysis in order to transform these complicated relationships into multilevel hierarchical directed graph.Furthermore,the method of cross-Impact matrix multiplication applied to classification(MICMAC) is uesd to analyze on the driving power and the dependence of these elements.The result shows that these factors affect JIT procurement through different ways.Price and financial stability indirectly affects JIT procurement.Information sharing,long-term contract,research & design and social responsibility should be regarded as a whole.Quality,on-time delivery and flexibility are the most visual indices.
