摘要
基于近五年担任广西职业院校教师信息技术应用能力提升培训班班主任兼专题主讲教师的工作经历,发现广西职业院校教师信息素养存在如下问题:自我更新行动不够坚决,教师年龄与信息素养呈显著正相关,教师信息技术应用能力提升"重比赛,轻课堂",学校信息化管理机制未能充分发挥作用。根据这一状况,提出了提升广西职业院校教师信息素养的五大策略:转变教学观念,积极探索,勇于行动;组建信息化团队,夯实"教、管、评"机制;提高信息检索能力,建立信息评价体系,构建个人知识地图;以赛促教,以教辅赛,将信息技术与学科教学相融合;学校要构建成果导向、全程监测的评价体系。
Based on the work experience of recent five years as the training class teacher of Guangxi Vocational College Teacher Information Technology Application Ability Improvement Class, the author finds there exist the following problems in the information literacy of teachers in Guangxi vocational colleges: self-renewal action is not strong enough, there is a significant positive correlation between teachers' age and information literacy, the teachers "emphasizes competition and ignores classroom teaching" in improvement of teachers' information technology application ability, and the school information management mechanism fails to give full play to its role. According to this situation, the paper puts forward five strategies to improve the information literacy of teachers in vocational colleges in Guangxi: changing the teaching concept; building an information team and consolidating the mechanism of "teaching, management, and evaluation"; improving information retrieval ability, establishing information evaluation system, and constructing personal knowledge map; conducting competition to promote teaching, and teaching to supplement competition, the integration of information technology and subject teaching; schools should build a resultsoriented, whole-process monitoring evaluation system.
