摘要
金属氧化物增强Ag基合金材料由于具有优良的导电性、抗电弧性能而成为一种重要的电接触材料。本文利用内氧化法制备得内氧化型Ag Cu4Ni0.3合金材料。Cu O、Ni O颗粒弥散分布于Ag基体中。材料的力学性能、再结晶温度及耐磨性能显著提高,电性能略有下降,而材料的耐磨性大幅提高。材料成功用于微电机换向器。
The metallic oxide reinforced Ag based alloy material has good electrical conductivity,arc resistance,so it becomes an important electric contact material. The internal Oxidized Ag Cu4 Ni0. 3 alloy material is prepared by internal oxidation method. Cu O,Ni O particles were dispersed and distributed in Ag substrate. The mechanical property,recrystallization temperature and abrasive resistance of material is improved observably,the electrical property has a little decreased,but the abrasive resistance of material is increased significantly. The material is successfully applied in commutator of micromotor.
