摘要
分析柴油机增压器喘振故障机理和影响因素,结合船舶柴油机结构复杂、工况变换频繁、航区比较广等特点,以故障树的形式分析探讨船舶柴油机增压器发生喘振故障的原因。以某船舶柴油机的一次增压器喘振故障为例,总结此类故障的分析、排除方法,为解决类似故障提供参考。
        The possible reasons of surge fault of marine diesel engine turbocharger are analyzed and discussed in the form of fault tree according to complex construction of marine diesel engine, frequent change of working condition and wide navigation area based on the surge fault mechanism and influencing factors of diesel engine turbocharger. Taking a surge fault of turbocharger of a marine diesel engine as an example, analysis and removal methods of this type of fault are proposed, which can also provide reference of determining its causes of similar faults, taking a turbocharger surge of marine diesel engine as an example.
