摘要
结合某工程总承包(EPC)模式下的装配式组合结构,系统介绍了BIM信息化技术在设计-施工一体化中的应用。首先结合项目百年住宅的设计定位,介绍了结构抗震设计的相关内容,然后利用BIM的三维可视化、一体化协同平台实现建筑、结构、机电、装修的一体化、设计-加工-装配一体化。通过BIM技术设计-施工一体化,一方面提高项目管理效率,协调施工进度,降低成本,节约资源,另一方面有效实现对危险性较大的分部分项工程的安全管控。
        In this paper,the application of BIM information technology in the design-construction integration is presented based on the assembled composite structure system under EPC mode. Firstly,the relevant contents of structural seismic design are introduced in combination with the design orientation of the 100-year residence of the project. By using 3 D visualization and integrated collaborative platform of BIM, the the integration of architecture, structure, electromechanical, decoration and Design-Processing-Assembly integration are realized. On the one hand,BIM technology design-construction integration can improve the efficiency of project management,coordinate construction progress,reduce costs and save resources,on the other hand,it can effectively realize the safety management and control of the more dangerous sub-projects.
