综合性消防信息系统的探究

摘要
目前,消防部门承担多元化的应急和救援任务。随着消防体系的改革,消防部门与地方各部门的联系也将更加密切。并且如今城市的现代化发展迅速,这对消防人员的能力有了更高要求,对消防部门的信息化建设提出了更高标准。笔者分析了现行消防信息系统,并结合信息管理与信息系统方面相关专业知识,创新地对综合性消防信息系统的各应急部门信息互通互享互用、搭建信息化学习平台、实现救援策略支持信息系统等方面进行了介绍。
At present,the fire department undertakes a variety of emergency and rescue tasks.With the reform of the fire protection system,the fire department will be more closely linked to the local departments.And nowadays,the modernization of the city is developing rapidly,which has higher requirements for the ability of firefighters and puts higher standards on the information syste of the fire department.This paper analyzes the current fire information system,and combines the relevant knowledge of information management and information systems to innovate and interoperate with each other in the emergency information system of the comprehensive fire information system,build an information learning platform and realize the rescue strategy.The four aspects of supporting information systems are introduced.
