雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年性反流性食管炎的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的观察并探讨采用雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利疗法治疗老年性反流性食管炎的治疗效果并分析安全性。方法选取2017年3月～2018年3月在本院诊治的老年性反流性食管炎120例患者作为研究对象,以治疗方案的不同分成对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),对照组施以莫沙必利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以雷贝拉唑治疗,两组均连续治疗8周,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组:显效33例、有效23例、无效4例,对照组:显效24例、有效21例、无效15例;观察组烧心感、反酸、疼痛、胸骨后烧灼感改善情况明显优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均只有少数患者产生不良反应,且差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年性反流性食管炎具有显著的临床疗效,能有效缓解患者临床症状,且安全性高,不易发生不良反应,值得临床广泛借鉴。
Objective To observe and explore the efficacy and safety of rabeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of senile re?ux esophagitis.Methods 120 cases of geriatric Re?ux Esophagitis Treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60) according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with mosapride,and the observation group was treated with rabeprazole on the basis of the control group.Both groups were successively treated.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Observation group:33 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,control group:24 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,15 cases were ineffective;Observation group,burning heart,acid reflux, pain,post-sternal burning improved significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of geriatric re?ux esophagitis has a significant clinical effect, can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and high safety,not easy to occur adverse reactions,worthy of clinical reference.
