本文探讨了肉食加工中卫生管理课题,指出泡沫清洗对保持制造工程卫生水平的重要性,并说明了导入蒸汽清洗机后的降低菌落数效果,以及保持肉食加工卫生水平的有效手段。
This paper discusses the health management issues in the carnivorous processing, points out the importance of foam cleaning for maintaining the health level of manufacturing engineering, and illustrates the introduction of steam cleaning machine to reduce the number of bacteria, as well as effective means to maintain the health level of the carnivorous processing.
