摘要

本文从国家盾构产业计量测试中心建设背景、战略定位、产业需求、工作任务几个方面进行了阐述,为中心的建设提供了思路。
        This paper elaborates on the construction background,strategic positioning,industrial demand and work tasks of the National Shield Industrial Measurement and Testing Center,and provides ideas for the construction of the center.
