中高职衔接的产业人才培养协同机制研究——以武汉汽车产业为例

摘要
在国家经济快速发展与产业转型升级的关键时期,武汉市汽车产业发展迅猛,人才需求旺盛,已开设汽车类专业的职业院校发展机遇颇多。面对机遇,急需培养汽车产业需求的合适人才,同时也要做好中高职的职衔工作。为了既快又好地培养人才,采用校企主导、政府推动、行业指导、学校企业双主体实施的人才培养协作机制无疑是一个较好的选择。
In the critical period of rapid development of national economy and industrial transformation and upgrading, Wuhan automobile industry is developing rapidly, and this offers development opportunities for vocational colleges providing relevant specialties. There is a strong demand for talent. Faced with the opportunities, it is urgent to cultivate suitable talent for the automobile industry, and link secondary and higher vocational education. In order to train the talent quickly and well, it is undoubtedly a better choice to adopt the cooperation mechanism of training talent,which is led by schools and enterprises, promoted by the government, guided by industries and implemented by the two main bodies of schools and enterprises.
