应用化学专业本科毕业论文校企联合教学的探索与实践

摘要
为了提高应用化学专业本科毕业论文的教学质量,同时缓解学生就业实习和毕业论文时间冲突的矛盾,探索了本科毕业论文校企联合教学的新型培养模式。论述了联合培养模式的实施情况,管理办法及其效果和作用。实践表明:在该培养模式下本科毕业论文的教学质量明显提高,学生毕业论文优良率达89. 7%,大大超过平均水平;同时这种新型的培养模式及其相应的管理模式面向社会、面向科研和生产实践,充分利用社会的师资力量和先进的仪器设备,开拓学生视野,提高了学生综合素质,为学生就业开辟了新途径。毕业论文校企联合培养模式是对传统方式的补充和丰富,进一步完善了本科生培养教育体系,具有明显的特色和优势。
In order to improve the quality of graduation dissertation for undergraduates of applied chemistry,and remit conflict of students time between employment internships and preparing dissertation, the university-enterprise collaborative teaching model( UECTM) for graduation dissertation is explored. This paper discusses the implementation,management method,performance and effects about this training mode. It is shown by practice that the quality of undergraduate dissertation is obviously improved under this training mode,and the excellent rate reaches 89. 7%,which is much higher than the average level. Furthermore,the novel teaching model as well as its management scheme can meet the needs of society,research and industry; and can make full use of faculty and advanced equipment in society.Besides,the students can gain more experiences and comprehensive knowledges which can open a new way for them in future career. To sum up,the novel model,which has obvious features and significant advantages,can enrich the existing education system for undergraduate students.
