摘要
简述了RCM理论、维修决策以及构成机电设备维护的RCM管理系统九大部分,统计了矸石山机电设备中的电牵引机故障维修情况。结果表明,基于RCM机电设备管理时间比传统的方法大为降低,减少了维修人员,节约成本,提高了矸石山机电设备维修效率。
The RCM theory, maintenance decision and nine parts of RCM management system which make up the maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment are briefly described, and the failure maintenance of electric tractor in mechanical and electrical equipment in gangue mountain is counted. The results show that the management time of mechanical and electrical equipment based on RCM is much lower than that of traditional method, and the maintenance staff is reduced, the cost is saved, and the maintenance efficiency of mechanical and electrical equipment in gangue mountain is improved.
