峰峰集团薄煤层综采自动化技术研究与应用实践

摘要
峰峰矿区薄煤层赋存条件复杂,为提高煤炭资源回收率,峰峰集团在薄煤层机械化、自动化综采方面进行了深入研究和探索,研究实践了薄煤层智能综采自动化工作面无人或少人值守技术体系,重点介绍了峰峰集团薄煤层综采自动化的发展、关键技术及推广应用情况;结果表明薄煤层智能开采技术让煤矿实现了本质安全和高效生产,装备技术水平达到国内领先水平,企业取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The occurrence conditions of thin seam in Fengfeng mining area are complex. In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources, Fengfeng Group has carried out in-depth research and exploration on mechanization and automation of fully-mechanized mining at thin coal seam, studied and practiced the intelligent fully-mechanized mining automation work face of thin coal seam with the technical system of no or few people on duty, and mainly introduced the development, key technology and popularization and application of automation of fully mechanized mining at thin coal seam in Fengfeng Group. The results showed that essential safe and efficient production, equipment technology level reached the leading level in China, and favorable economic and social benefits were achieved by intelligent mining at thin coal seam.
