摘要
全面建设现代化高效能、低消耗、环保型矿井成为煤矿发展的必然趋势。本文主要分析了漳村煤矿选矸车间GDT机械动筛跳汰机的使用现状,从环保和经济效益角度对比TDS智能干选机与GDT机械动筛跳汰机的排矸工作原理、排矸特点。对比表明,TDS智能干选机排矸率高、辅助设备少、结构简单、易操作、没有水污染,使用TDS智能干选机能极大地节约运行成本、减少煤量损耗。
        The comprehensive construction of modern high-efficiency,low-consumption and environment-friendly mines has become an inevitable trend in the development of coal mines. In this paper,the current application situation of GDT mechanical moving sieve jig in the gangue selection workshop of Zhangcun Coal Mine is mainly analyzed; the working principle and drainage characteristics of TDS intelligent dry sorting machine and GDT mechanical moving sieve jig are compared from the perspective of environmental protection and economic benefit. The comparison shows that the TDS intelligent dry sorting machine has the advantages of high drainage rate,less auxiliary equipment,simple structure,easy operation and no water pollution. The use of TDS intelligent dry sorting machine can greatly save the operating costs and reduce coal loss.
