高职院校技能培训的策略探析

摘要
高职院校作为培育专业技能人才的重要基地,每年为国家输送了大量人才。我国高职院校职业培训不仅师资队伍质量欠缺,而且教学体系不健全,专业以及课程设置不合理,实习方式也存在很多问题,这些问题都制约着培训工作的有效开展。
Higher vocational colleges are an important base for cultivating professional and technical talents. Each year,a large number of talents are transferred to the country. Vocational training in vocational colleges in China not only lacks the quality of teachers,but also the teaching system is not perfect,the professional and curriculum settings are irrational,and there are many problems in the practice methods. All these problems restrict the effective development of the training.
