摘要
通过对汽车发动机气缸盖导管孔的加工中MAPAL单刃枪铰刀在应用中存在导管孔直线度差、气门插不进的问题进行调研,并通过15°精加工部分刃口和75°粗加工部分刃口分别进行受力分析、再钝化处理并进行生产实践检验对比。最后发现MAPAL单刃枪铰刀进行15°精加工部分刃口钝化处理后,气门插不进的问题有所改善,但导管孔直线度差的问题没有改善;进行75°粗加工部分刃口钝化处理后,基本没有出现"上小下大"等气门弯曲情况发生,加工效果有了明显改善。
The paper is studied of the problems of the hole straightness error and the valve not plug into existing in the application of the MAPAL single blade gun reamer processing automobile engine cylinder cover value stem guide hole,and had made a mechanics analysis of 15 ° finishing part of the blade and 75 ° rough machining parts,and then checked the contrast of production practice after the passivation of them. The result is after the passivation of 15° finishing part the problems of the valve not plug into is improved,but the value stem guide hole straightness error wasn't changed; after the passivation of 75 ° rough machining parts the processing effect had improved significantly because the valve bending such as "the above than below"had not happened.
