摘要
本文就犬卵母细胞体内发育及体外成熟的影响因素进行综述,并对其培养方法进行了总结,以期为克服犬相关辅助生殖技术的障碍,保护珍贵和濒危犬种提供理论基础。
        In this paper,the factors affecting the development of canine oocytes in vivo and in vitro maturation are reviewed,and its culture methods are summarized in order to provide a theoretical basis for overcoming the obstacles of canine related assisted reproductive technology and protecting precious and endangered species.
