摘要
公司海水取排水专为钢铁厂使用的海水取水,内设海水取水设施及2套电解制氯系统,电解制氯系统的作用是为了抑制海生物的大量繁殖及杀菌灭藻。装置主要工作原理是通过电解含有一定浓度氯离子的海水产生次氯酸钠溶液,由于次氯酸钠具有较强的杀菌能力,能够防止海水中海生物的繁殖或生长。投产使用后,发现电解槽槽压骤然升高的现象频发,电耗增加,单槽电压甚至出现超过设计上限值(5.5 V)而导致故障停机的现象发生。针对这一现象进行分析、总结,提出处理方法,以保证快速有效地排除故障,减小槽压,降低电耗,增加设备运行可靠性。
        The sea water treatment facilities for steel plants includes a sea water intake system and two electrolytic chlorine generating systems, which were designed to suppress the mass propagation of sea creatures and sterilize alga. The main work principle of electrolytic chlorine device is to produce sodium hypochlorite solution through electrolyzing sea water containing certain concentration of chloride ion water, as the sodium hypochlorite has strong sterilization ability, it can prevent biological reproduction or growth of sea water creatures. After being put into production, it was found that the electrolytic tank pressure often rose abruptly and power consumption increased, with the single slot voltage even exceeded the design ceiling(5.5 V) and caused system shutdown. The phenomenon was analyzed in-depth and summarized while treatment method was put forward, to ensure efficient and effective removal of the fault, reduce the cell pressure, lower power consumption, and increase the reliability of equipment operation.
