摘要
医师职业精神是医学教育、医生培养和医疗工作中必不可少的一部分,其评价方法和工具对医师职业精神的培养和促进起着至关重要的作用。本文对医师职业精神的定义、内涵和国内外医师职业精神主要的评价方法和工具进行了介绍,提出适合不同教育阶段医师职业精神的评价内容和方法,以期为我国医学教育者提供合理的、具有广泛适应性的医师职业精神评价方法和工具。
