摘要
钉脚张开度是自冲铆接头成形质量评价标准之一,决定接头的力学强度。为验证自冲铆接头钉脚张开度的预测公式及计算方法,以6组不同工艺参数的自冲铆接头的载荷-行程曲线确定铆钉脚由刺穿转为扩张的关键点,得到关键点位移和总位移,结合铆接工艺参数得到钉脚张开度的预测值。结果表明:自冲铆接头钉脚张开度与板材厚度、板材强度、铆钉尺寸、铆钉硬度和模具尺寸有关;6组试验结果与预测结果误差均值在4.3%以内,表明预测公式和计算方法能很好预测自冲铆接头钉脚张开度数值,可实现钉脚张开度的在线无损检测。
        Rivet spread is one of the evaluation criteria for the forming quality of the self-piercing riveted joint,and it determines the mechanical strength of the joint. The prediction formula and calculation method of rivet spread of self-piercing riveted joint was proposed. By six sets of force-travel curves generated by the system of self-piercing riveted joint with different process parameters during the forming process of the joint,the key point of the rivet foot from the piercing to the expansion was determined,and the key point displacement and total displacement were obtained. Combined with the riveting process parameters,the prediction value of rivet spread of the self-piercing riveted joint could be obtained. The results show that rivet spread of the self-piercing riveted joint is related to the thickness of the sheet,the strength of the sheet,the size of the rivet,the hardness of the rivet and the size of the mold. The average error of the test results and prediction results of the six groups is within 4.3%,which indicates that the prediction formula and calculation method can predict rivet spread of the self-pierced riveting joints well,and the online non-destructive testing of rivet spread can be realized.
