结直肠癌中PLCE1、p53基因表达状况及其意义

摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌中PLCE1、p53基因表达状况及其意义。方法选择2015年1月至2016年12月诊断明确的结直肠腺瘤150例及结直肠腺癌病例150例,并选择同时期体检的身体健康的对象50例作为对照。分别检测结直肠标本,将所有的标本分为四个组,结直肠癌组(A组)150例,结直肠腺瘤组(B组)150例,癌旁正常增殖组(C组)150例,正常结直肠黏膜组(D组)50例。对标本中的PLCE1、p53基因表达状况进行分析和评价。结果在A,B,C,D四组样品中,PLCEl和p53的表达阳性率数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对结直肠癌组150例患者的PLCEl和p53表达阳性率进行分层对比,结果显示在性别,年龄和肿瘤部位三个项目上的数据差异均无具有统计学意义(P>0.05),在临床分期和组织病理学分级两个项目上的数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用免疫组化法对PLCEl和p53在结直肠癌患者中的表达情况进行检测,有助于对患者的病情进行诊断和预测,尽管对于PLCEl和p53的认识尚不充足,也还需要进行深入的研究,但可以肯定PLCEl和p53与结直肠癌有着密切的关系。
Objective To investigate the expression of PLCE1 and p53 in colorectal cancer and its significance.Methods From January2015 to December 2016,confirmed 150 cases of colorectal adenoma and 150 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma cases,and at the same period 50 patients for physical examination were randomly divided into four groups:colorectal cancer group(group A),colorectal adenoma group(group B),normal group(Group C),normal colorectal mucosa group(group D).PLCE1,p53 gene expression were analyzed and evaluated.Results The positive rate of PLCEl and p53 expression in group A,B,C and D was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The positive rate of PLCEl and p53 expression in 150 patients with colorectal cancer was stratified,but gender,age and the lesion location had no significant difference(P >0.05).The differences in clinical stage and histopathological grade were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Application of immunohistochemistry to detection of PLCEl and p53 in colorectal cancer patients in the expression of the situation can help to diagnose and predict the patient's condition,although the understanding of PLCEl and p53 are not enough,also need to be in-depth Study,but it is certain that PLCEl and p53 are closely related to colorectal cancer.
