温针灸八髎穴联合丹田穴治疗痛经疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

摘要
目的:探讨温针灸八髎穴+丹田穴治疗痛经的疗效及对患者生活质量影响。方法:将263例痛经患者随机分为对照组(131例)与观察组(132例),对照组采用电针治疗,观察组采用温针灸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及其生活质量。结果:观察组临床总有效率(95.45%)高于对照组(73.28%)(χ2=12.781,P=0.000);观察组的生理评分、心理评分、社会关系评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痛经患者采用温针灸八髎穴+丹田穴治疗痛经可有效改善患者生活质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of needle warming moxibustion of Baliao acupoint combined with Dantian acupoint for treating dysmenorrhea and its influence on quality of life. Methods: 263 patients with dysmenorrhea were chosen and randomly divided into the control group(131 cases) and the observation group(132 cases). The control group were treated with electroacupuncture while the observation group were treated with needle warming moxibustion,with the clinical efficacy and quality of life compared. The physiological score,the psychological score and the social relationship score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0. 05).
