麦肯基疗法结合早期中西药治疗腰源性膝痛的效果

摘要
目的探讨麦肯基疗法结合早期中西药治疗腰源性膝痛的效果。方法选择2012年3月至2017年10月最终随访且资料完整的103例腰源性膝痛患者为研究对象,观察麦肯基疗法结合早期中西药治疗腰源性膝痛的效果。结果 103例患者随访7～46个月,平均(19.24±1.07)个月。治愈率为74.8%(77/103),显效率为16.5%(17/103),有效率为8.7%(9/103),治疗总有效率为100.0%。结论腰源性膝痛的诊断应该排除膝关节自身疾病,重视腰椎脊柱的体育疗法。麦肯基疗法结合早期中西药治疗腰源性膝痛的疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of McKinkey therapy combined with early Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of waist-knee pain. Methods A total of 103 patients with waist-knee pain who were finally followed up from March 2012 to October 2017 were selected as the study objects to observe the effect of McKinkey therapy combined with early Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of waist-knee pain. Results A total of 103 patients were followed up for 7-46 months, with an average of(19.24±1.07) months. The cure rate was 74.8%(77/103), the marked efficiency was 16.5%(17/103),the effective rate was 8.7%(9/103), and the total effective rate of treatment was 100.0%. Conclusion The diagnosis of waistknee pain should exclude the knee joint disease itself and pay attention to the sports therapy of lumbar spine. McKenzie therapy combined with early Chinese and western medicine on waist-knee pain has a significant effect, which is worth promoting.
