供给侧视域下高校资助育人工作探析

摘要
高校学生资助是国家脱贫攻坚和大学生德育工作的重要组成部分。供给侧视域下,高校资助育人工作在供给主体上存在资金供不应求、社会力量缺乏、无偿资助比例偏高的问题;在供给路径上存在贫困生识别不精准、资助工作理念陈旧、育人形式单一的问题;在供给机制上存在工作机制、法制机制不健全的问题。在供给侧改革理论指导下,通过加强主体建设,提高资助供给质量;创新供给方式,强化优质资助供给;完善供给机制,保障供给长效运行,推进高校资助工作更好地发挥育人功能。
The financial aid to students is an important part of the national poverty alleviation and moral education of college students. From the prospective of supply front,there are some problems of college funding and education in the supply main body,such as the shortage of funds,the lack of social forces and the high proportion of non-reimbursable funding,there are some problems in the supply path,such as inaccurate identification of poor students,outdated concept of financing work and single form of financing education. And also problems in the supply mechanism,such as working mechanism and imperfect legal mechanism. Under the guidance of the "supply side"reform theory,only by strengthening the construction of the main body to improve the quality of funding supply; innovating the supply mode to strengthen the funding of quality supply; improving the supply mechanism to ensure the long-term operation of supply can we promote the educational function of college student funding to better use.
